LuneRx is a marketing and patient-connection company. We are not a pharmacy and not a medical practice. We do not prescribe, dispense, or ship medication, and we do not provide medical care or medical advice.
What we do is make it easy to find out whether medically supervised weight loss may be an option for you. We build and run this website, the two-minute assessment, and the support that keeps the experience simple from start to finish.
When you complete the assessment, we connect you with Vital Link PLLC, an independent medical group whose licensed providers conduct consultations and make all treatment decisions. If a provider determines that a prescription is appropriate, it is filled and shipped by Logos RX, a state-licensed compounding pharmacy at 7543 W. Waters Ave, Tampa, FL 33615, reachable at 855-564-6779.
This separation is deliberate. Clinical decisions belong with licensed clinicians, dispensing belongs with licensed pharmacies, and our job is to connect you with both while being clear about which is which.

Four commitments that shape everything we do
Licensed partners only
We work exclusively with an independent medical group whose providers hold active licenses in the states where they practice, and with state-licensed partner pharmacies. If a partner cannot meet that bar, we do not work with them.
A prescription is always required
No medication is ever available through our platform without a valid prescription written by a licensed provider after a consultation. Whether treatment is appropriate is always a provider's decision, never ours.
Honest marketing
We never guarantee outcomes, and we never present compounded medications as equivalent to or interchangeable with FDA-approved branded drugs. Compounded medications are different products and are not FDA-approved. If our marketing cannot say something plainly and truthfully, it does not say it.
Privacy first
Your health information is collected carefully and shared only as needed to connect you with the independent medical group and the partner pharmacy. Our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice explain exactly how your information is handled.
