Complaints
If something has not gone the way it should, we want to hear about it. Email support@lunerx.com with the subject line "Complaint", or call [PLACEHOLDER: support phone]. We acknowledge every complaint promptly and keep you informed while it is reviewed.
Complaints about clinical care are forwarded to the independent medical group whose licensed providers conduct consultations through our platform, so they can be reviewed by the people responsible for that care.
Complaints about a medication or shipment are forwarded to the state-licensed partner pharmacy that filled the order and, where appropriate, to its state board of pharmacy.
Reporting a side effect
If you experience a side effect while using a prescribed medication, contact the provider who prescribed it. Providers can adjust, pause, or stop treatment based on how you are responding. If symptoms feel severe or life-threatening, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room — do not wait for a message reply.
You can also report side effects directly to the FDA through its MedWatch program at https://www.fda.gov/safety/medwatch or by calling 1-800-FDA-1088. These reports contribute to the broader safety picture for everyone who uses these medications.
