Online weight-loss consultations with licensed providers — now available.

HOW IT WORKS

A clear process, explained honestly.

A short assessment, an independent provider review, and pharmacy fulfillment with ongoing support. Medication is available only if a licensed provider decides a prescription is appropriate for you.

THE PROCESS

From first question to ongoing care

  1. Share your health history

Start with a two-minute online assessment. It covers your goal, the state where you live, your date of birth, your height and weight, and a short health-history screen. It is short by design, and completing it commits you to nothing. A licensed provider gathers the rest, including your full medication and supplement list, during the consultation.

  2. A licensed provider reviews

An independent provider licensed in your state evaluates your information and decides whether prescription treatment is appropriate for you. That decision is a clinical one, and it belongs to the provider alone.

  3. Medication, if prescribed

If the provider writes a prescription, a state-licensed partner pharmacy fills and ships it. The pharmacy confirms shipping details with you when a prescription is filled.

  4. Ongoing care and adjustments

Treatment does not end at delivery. Check-ins, dose reviews, and support continue throughout your program, and the independent licensed providers we work with adjust the plan as your needs change.

AN HONEST ANSWER

Sometimes the answer is no

An independent licensed provider may determine that prescription treatment is not appropriate for you. That can happen because of your health history, a contraindication, a medication interaction, or because the provider believes another path serves you better.

If that happens, you will not receive a prescription, and you will not be charged for medication. You will hear the outcome plainly, without pressure to try again.

ELIGIBILITY

What providers generally consider

Each independent licensed provider applies their own clinical judgment, and a prescription is required before any medication is dispensed. Screening typically covers areas like these. You can read more on the safety page at /safety.

  • Body mass index, weight history, and overall health background
  • A personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2 syndrome
  • A history of pancreatitis
  • Pregnancy, plans to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
  • Current medications and supplements, screened for possible interactions
  • Kidney or liver conditions

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you start

  • About two minutes. It asks for your goal, the state where you live, your date of birth, your height and weight, and a short set of health-history questions. It does not ask for your full medication list — a licensed provider collects that during the consultation. It is not a diagnosis. It simply gives an independent licensed provider enough to decide whether a consultation makes sense.

  • If the independent licensed provider decides prescription treatment is appropriate, they write a prescription and a state-licensed partner pharmacy fills and ships it. The pharmacy confirms shipping details with you when your prescription is filled.

If the provider decides treatment is not appropriate, you will be told plainly and you will not be charged for medication. Either way, the decision rests with the provider, not with LuneRx.
